When I first started working with the awesome Carmen, she advised me to do this Nutreval test so that we can properly understand what is going on. Before this point I had never done a proper functional medicine test like this, I had only done normal blood tests at my GP. Once the results came back, I had a detailed consultation with Carmen where she expertly explained every single result and metric in detail and explained what it meant/how it linked with regards to my severe excema symptoms. Alongside the GI Map Stool test that I did, this Nutreval test was the perfect combination as it gave Me and Carmen the full picture with regards to what is going on not only in my gut/microbiome but also all other areas of my organs/body and all levels of my vitamins, minerals, amino acids, mehlyation etc etc. It was so detailed and it gave me and Carmen a clear gameplan setup how to tackle healing my leaky gut and getting long lasting relief of my bad excema. Roughly 12 months on now from that point and I feel much better and thanks to God my bad excema symptoms have decreased massively and I am well on my way to fully healing my excema hopefully within the next 6 months (Leaky gut is known to take 1-2 years for different people).
