Carmen Martinez-Vidal is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, and the founder and clinic director of Nutrition Diets Clinic.
She holds a BSc in Health Science: Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster (London), a Diploma in Dietetics, and a Dietary Educator Certificate from the Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management (CNELM). Carmen is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM, USA).
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Carmen has helped thousands of clients worldwide. She specialises in digestive health, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, detoxification, and autoimmune disorders. Her therapeutic approach blends the scientific principles of functional medicine with a holistic focus on mind-body wellbeing, integrating personalised nutrition, NLP, and lifestyle coaching to achieve sustainable health results.
Carmen founded Nutrition Diets Clinic in 2020 with the mission of making personalised, effective and evidence-based healthcare accessible to everyone.
