All tests and services are for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Except, Paypal pay in three.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Functional health tests are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the laboratory, unless the kit is faulty.
Nutrition consultations are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment. You may still schedule and use your session at any time convenient to you.
Refunds will not be granted for services or digital reports once they have been initiated.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nutritiondiets.co.uk and, where applicable, must include order details and supporting evidence.
