By engaging our services, you confirm and agree that:

You are voluntarily choosing to use our services, and you understand that they are intended to provide complementary health and wellness support only.
Our services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified doctor.
You will not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by us.
You are responsible for informing your primary healthcare provider about any changes to your health or wellness regime based on our recommendations.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding your health, medical history, medications, and treatments when requested, and for not withholding relevant information.

2. Services Provided

Nutrition Diets Clinic provides:

Functional and laboratory tests (e.g., Methylation Panel, Food Sensitivity Tests, GI MAP, SIBO Test).
Nutrition consultations and personalised health plans, including supplement protocols.
Health and wellness information.

All tests and services are for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Functional testing and related reports are not diagnostic and do not confirm, exclude, or cure any disease or medical condition.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase (except where PayPal “Pay in Three” is used).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Cooling-Off Rights

If you purchase a service or functional test through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. This is known as the “cooling-off period.”

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the date of your order confirmation. To exercise this right, you must email info@nutritiondiets.co.uk to notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period has expired.

Exceptions to Cooling-Off Rights

The right to cancel does not apply in the following circumstances:

Where you have purchased a functional test and the test kit has already been dispatched to you (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Where you have booked a consultation and requested that the service be provided within the 14-day cancellation period. In such cases, you acknowledge that by requesting an early appointment you waive your right to cancel once the service has been delivered in full.
Where digital or electronic materials (such as reports or plans) have been supplied to you during the cancellation period and you have expressly agreed to receive them immediately.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within the cooling-off period and none of the above exceptions apply:

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice (or, where a physical test kit was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the returned, unopened kit).
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you cancel after the cooling-off period or where an exception applies, no refund will be due.

Rescheduling Consultations

If you wish to reschedule a consultation, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. We may charge the full consultation fee for cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Relationship with Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Cancellation & Refund Policy affects the Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability set out in Section 5. Any refund or cancellation accepted under this Section does not amount to an admission of liability on the part of Nutrition Diets Clinic.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Nature of Services

All services provided by Nutrition Diets Clinic, including nutritional consultations and functional testing, are intended to support general health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Functional tests and related reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition.

You should always consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, particularly in relation to any symptoms that may require medical attention, changes to medication, or treatment of any medical condition. You should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by Nutrition Diets Clinic.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services or purchasing a functional test, you agree that:

All health-related decisions remain your sole responsibility.
You will disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or treatments when requested.
You will seek medical advice before making changes to diet, lifestyle, or treatment.
You will not stop, reduce, or alter prescribed medication without medical supervision.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrition Diets Clinic, together with its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services, products, or test results, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount you have paid to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

Statutory Rights and Carve-Out

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
